Macadamia Fruity Bread



Macadamia Fruity Bread .
Ingredient :

A . 120g bread flour .
85g boiling water .

B. 280g bread flour .
60g sugar .
¾ tsp salt .
15g milk powder .
6g instant yeast .
1 nos orange zest .
_______________________________________________________________
C. 100g cold water .
3 nos egg yolk .
_______________________________________________________________
D. 80g butter .

E. 30 g raisins .
50g golden raisins .
50g dried cranberries .
1 ½ tsp grand manier .
_________________________________________________________________
F. chopped macadamia nuts .


Bahan topping
60g Butter
50gm gula halus
1 bj telur
65gm tpung gandum
1/4 sdt baking powder


Bahsa melayu la plak...
1- Bahan A, gaul & uli rata....bio sejuk..smpn dlm peti ais sekurg2nyer 12 jam (semua resipi Alex goh, ada adunan nih..utk apa..tatau la plak..gua ikut jerkk)

2- Masukkan sumer bahan cecair dlm mixing bowl...than masuk sumer bahan kering & butter...slps 10min, masukkan dried fruit & bahan A yg dr peti sejuk td.......

3- Masukkan dlm BM..tekan butang doh...(ambil masa 1½ jam)

4- Sementara itu, sediakan topping....mix butter & gula smpi gebu..msukkan telur...mix & akhir sekalik masukkan tepung.

5- Bila doh siap..keluarkan..tekan utk buang angin...& bulat2kan ikut besar mana sesuka hati...

6- Ltk dlm paper cup...paipkan topping & tabur kekacang...

7- Biarkan adunan naik sekali ganda...than bakar selama 20min....
