Kemudian masukkan Bahan B, kacau lagi hingga sebati. Griskan loyang dan alas dengan kertas minyak, tuang adunan tadi. Baki adunan jangan terus dibersihkan, simpan untuk buat corak atas lapisan cheese. Kukus adunan selama 25-35 minit, sehingga masak. </div>

<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Bakar cara double boiling/waterbath (Loyang kek berada di dalam loyang berisi air panas) - selama 1 jam 10 minit dengan suhu 175'C, menggunakan api bawah dahulu selama 40 minit, kemudian api atas bawah sehingga masak *Boleh juga menggunakan api atas bawah tetapi guna suhu 160'C / 170'C sahaja, (bergantung kpd oven masing-masing juga ya)</li>

1 cawan gula halus<br />
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla<br />
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung<br />
1/2 sudu kecil cuka<br />

Bahan topping :-<br />
1 1/2 cawan Non Dairy whipping cream<br />
strawberry<br />

Buah peach dlm tin<br />

Cara :-<br />
1. Pukul telur putih & gula hingga kembang....masukkan esen vanilla & tepung jagung.<br />
2. Bila adunan dh keras (soft peak)..masukkan cuka..gaul sebati.<br />
3. Panaskan oven pd suhu 150deg.<br />
4. Lapikkan dulang pembakar dgn gris paper....letakkan adunan pavlova atas paper..& bentukan bulat.<br />
Adunan ini bleh dpt 2 keping pavlova ukuran 9in bulat.<br />
5-. Bakar pada suhu 150deg..selama 1 jam ..atau lebih..ikut oven masing2....sehingga masak (keras bahagian luar)<br />

Ratakan perlahan2 hingga menutupi kesemua bahagian dalam acuan pie.<br />Potong lebihan tepi doh. Tuangkan inti pie yang telah sejuk tadi dan tutup bahagian atas pie dgn kepingan doh.<br />Bahagian tepi atas pie ditekan-tekan dgn garfu supaya bahagian atas dan bawah pie melekat bersama. Sapu dgn kuning telur dan larikkan dgn garfu secara bersilang utk menghasilkan corak. Lebihan doh jgn dibuang, boleh digunakan untuk menghias atas pie.<br />Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu selama 10minit.<br />Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan pada suhu 180C selama 30 minit. Biarkan selama beberapa minit didalam oven sebelum dikeluarkan.<br />Sejukkan pie sebelum dikeluarkan dr acuan pie.
